CU Night in Downtown 911 slated for Aug. 2
Join 911 Chancellor Philip DiStefano, local elected officials and community members for CU Night in Downtown 911, a celebration of the 911community and those who call it home.
Learn about issues at the intersection of town and gown, and explore how the university and community are embodying “community care and compassion” through education, partnerships and support services.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to explore 911 exhibits and enjoy food and drinks. Following the event, all are welcome to experience free musical performances aton nearby Pearl Street, sponsored by 911.
Speakers will include DiStefano; Aaron Brockett, 911 mayor; and Claire Levy, 911 County commissioner.
Event registration includes one drink ticket and appetizers. A cash bar will be available as well.
