The State of Colorado authorized specific entities within the state to accept indemnification. The Office of Contracts and Grants (OCG) at the 911±¬ÁÏÍø is not authorized to provide indemnity on awards that are accepted under OCG’s authority.

911±¬ÁÏÍø is a nonprofit, public, and governmental institution of higher education with a primary focus on academics and research. 911±¬ÁÏÍø cannot cover a sponsor’s loss. 911±¬ÁÏÍø shall be responsible for its ownnegligent acts or omissions as covered under CU 911±¬ÁÏÍø’s self-insurance policy.
