The number of appointments are carefully calculated to consider things like proximity of parking, availability of staff and capacity of elevators. All appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, June 25. Once all appointments for a designated time, for your hall, have been filled, you should select the next best available time. We are unable to add additional appointments. Changes made within the scheduling system appear in real-time, so check back often to see if someone else has changed their appointment time. If you have questions, you can always emailreslife@colorado.edu.
We always encourage students to make all efforts to move in during the designated move-in period so that you can fully enjoy Fall Welcome activities and to build connections within your community. If you need to arrive between 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 19 and 8 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 21, please emailreslife@colorado.edu. If you need to arrive after classes start at 8 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 21, please emailuniversityhousing@colorado.edu to discuss potential impacts to your housing contract.
To help ensure student privacy, and to help facilitate student development, we are only able to issue room access to students. Students must be present to complete their check-in.
Between June 25 and July 8, and again between July 15-27, you can log in to your MyCULiving portal to make changes yourself. You’ll first need to cancel your original appointment, then select a new date and time from the remaining appointment timeslots.
Printing your parking permit

Beginning on Aug. 8, all students will be able to download and print their move-in parking permit. A move-in permit is required to access campus between Aug. 19-22.
Parking permits must be printed, and placed with the QR code visible on your dashboard before arriving to campus.
To support the most efficient traffic flow, each parking permit is color coordinated, and corresponds to your residence hall assignment. When possible, printing your pass in color helps Police and Parking staff direct you to the best location, expediting your move-in.
During move-in, you will unload your vehicle from a parking lot that corresponds to the color of your parking permit. Once unloaded, you will move your vehicle to any orange (extended) parking lot.
